The DeLand Breakfast Rotary was chartered on May 8, 1976, with the purpose of placing "Service Above Self." A chapter of Rotary International, the DeLand Breakfast Rotary meets at 7:30 a.m. each Thursday at the DeLand Conference and Business Center, 1301 E. International Speedway Blvd., DeLand, Fla.
